What we do

We will offer you a comprehensive range of private and NHS dental treatments. We will providing you with the best care possible in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Emergencies

We endeavour to see patients in pain during normal working hours. Out of hours service is provided by the local NHS . Please phone the practice and the service details are available via the answer phone.

Disabled Access

The practice premises are accessible to wheelchairs.

Patient Information

This practice conforms with the Data Protection Act 1998. Data is strictly confidential and will only be released after written authorisation from the patient. Government agents have rights of access to NHS data.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice. NHS patients who fail more than one appointment could be deregistered from the practice. Private patients breaking appointments without notice will incur a charge of £1 per minute.

Complaints

We treat all complaints in confidence and see them as an opportunity to improve our service. Please ask for the manager, or express your concerns in writing addressed to the practice manager. We hope that you will use our Practice Complaints Procedure. We believe this will provide the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our practice. You may also contact england.contactus@nhs.net with “For the attention of the complaints team” in the subject line or make a complaint with the General Dental Council (37 Wimpole Street, London W1G 8DQ) at www.contactus-gdc-uk.org/Complaint/Process. You may also complain by contacting the Care Quality Commission at CQC National Customer Service Centre, Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4PA.

Violent or Abusive Behaviour

Any violent or abusive behaviour will result in immediate withdrawal from practice.
